leaders. All of these people have helped me reframe my thoughts and
pull myself out of darkness. Pouring positive ideas, thoughts,
stories, etc., into our minds via podcasts, audiobooks, videos, and
music, is healing, induces hope, and catalyzes a plan to exit
situations that deplete, depress, and paralyze us.
